Terms of Use

Last updated: 2 November 2026

These terms apply when you use www.get200.africa (the “website”), send us an enquiry or book a call with Get 200 (“Get 200”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or contacting us through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Information on this website

The website gives general information about our services. It is not professional, legal, tax or financial advice, and you should not rely on it as such. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current or error-free.

2. Prices and proposals

Prices shown on the website, including “from” prices and package prices, are indicative and may change without notice. They do not include third-party costs such as domain registration, hosting beyond what a package states, or software licences (for example Zoho or Google Workspace), unless we say so in writing.

Nothing on the website is a binding offer. The scope, price, timeline and terms of any work are set only in a written proposal or agreement that both you and Get 200 have accepted.

3. Enquiries and call bookings

4. Your responsibilities

When you use the website or contact us, you agree:

We may ignore, delete or report submissions that break these terms.

5. Third-party links and affiliate disclosure

The website links to other websites, including client websites in our portfolio and partner platforms. Those websites belong to their owners, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Get 200 is an official Zoho Affiliate Partner. If you sign up for Zoho through our affiliate link, Zoho may pay us a commission and you may receive Zoho credits, at no extra cost to you. Your Zoho subscription is an agreement between you and Zoho, under Zoho’s own terms.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, design, graphics and code, belongs to Get 200 or is used with permission. You may view it and share links to it, but you may not copy, republish or use it commercially without our written permission. Client names, logos and screenshots belong to their respective owners and are shown to illustrate our work. Zoho, WhatsApp, Meta and other product names are trademarks of their owners.

7. Website availability

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or free from errors or viruses.

8. Limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, Get 200 is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the website, from relying on its content, or from our contacting you about an enquiry you sent. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Kenyan law.

Our responsibilities for any project are set out in the written proposal or agreement for that project, which takes priority over these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute about them will be handled by the courts of Kenya.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time, and the latest version will always be on this page. Questions? Email support@get200.africa.
